• Window for Returns & Exchanges: Items must be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Condition of Items: We only accept returns or exchanges for items that are new, unused, and undamaged. The product must be in its original packaging with all tags and seals intact.
Return Process:
1. Initiating a Return: Contact our customer support team within the 7-day window to request a return or exchange.
2. Return Method: Returns must be sent via mail. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
3. Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
4. Refund Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 7 days.
Exchange Process:
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is out of stock, you may opt for a refund or choose a different product.
